I have been eating paleo since January. I am able to stay on the diet
without feeling restricted and with much less urge to spend the evening
binging on stuff. However I figured out that when I had fruit in the house,
the cravings returned full force and evenings became a fight between craving
and willpower. Craving generally won out. So now I don't get fruit, except
for about an hour ago when I couldn't resist the special on cantaloupes, so
I will see how this goes. I do really like melons so I am hoping I can
co-exist with them in a rational fashion.
