Well you have gotten a misconception about it somewhere along the line, because
religion is the observation of what is fundamentally real.

In the Tibetan language, the word for religion translates as "what is".

PS   I can see where having a lot of contact with idiots who claim to talk
about religion, but who know nothing, can give one this false impression.
