I used to browse through the women's fitness mags occasionally and noted
that, yes they say you need a certain amount of protein, but they are really
big on alot of carbs.  Some of the men's mags talked about cutting out carbs
for that really ripped look but that was only just before a competition,
then afterwards it was back to the high carb diet.
