There are recipes on paleofood.com to make your own sausages.  I was just
going over them this morning as I am a BIG sausage lover and made some
homemade sausage patties for breakfast.  I have to double the recipe now as
my two boys *helped* me eat the 6 patties I had made. I was intending to eat
at least 4 and only got 2 of them and had to add a couple eggs to my
breakfast to round it out.
