A pressure cooker can save you money by allowing you to buy some of the
cheaper cuts of meat. I wouldn't be surprised if you could tenderize an old
shoe in the thing. At www.about.com they have links to recipes for pressure
cookers. Try to buy one of the fancier models, I have the a Presto model
which is low tech model which is kind scary when it starts going, lots of
bubbling and sputtering. The newer designs are easier to work with. A tip,
always sear your meat first otherwise your meat will look like it's been
boiled.
