Hi Peter,

   I think there's some confusion here in what I am trying to convey.  This
site speaks of fluoride as it is added to water and used to make products.
I'm talking about the trace mineral fluorine as it occurs naturally in:

Kale, cooked 1 cup        0.205
Spinach, cooked 1 cup   0.180
Apple, 1 medium            0.093

It can also be found naturally in organic trace minerals.
