I think a lot of people make the mistake of going too low carb when they go
onto a paleo diet. I began to do much better when I added carbs in the form
of a sweet potato or yam or winter squash into my diet. This gives me the
carbs I need to avoid ketosis and I get the benefits of paleo. It helps me
to prevent bingeing. I think ketosis stresses out the body and is not good
or easy for most people in the long term.
