True. But anyway when I was veggie I had loads of undigested food in stool.
So I assume that my digestion was:
a) weak or,
b) I was eating something I could not process.

I was easily bloated and had stomach inflamation (confirmed by doctors)
and drinking water with meals made me sick.

For me undigested food in the stool is an evidence that the digestion is out
of balance anyhow.
