It's possible Ken, but not likely.  Between vegetarianism and going Paleo,
there was a 1 1/2 year period of time during which I added meats, totally
eliminated soy, and changed little else about my eating habits, eating
grains, carbs, etc.  Yet my immune system slowly came back from very
supressed to borderline normal.  I believe had I been Paleo during that time
frame, it would not have taken as long to get there.  Since going Paleo my
immune system is completely normal.
