pot roasts are inexpensive, can be made paleo, and freeze very well. Include
veggies in them and you have lots of meals at low cost, easy. You can braise
pork shoulder roasts for a different flavor, and lamb shoulder or leg, so
you needn't get stuck in a beef rut

Chili (without beans of course) is good. I can't tolerate tomatoes so I
don't make chili, but I make taco meat that is heavily seasoned ground beef
with sauteed onions. Mix with greens and freeze in individual portions. It's
delish.

pemmican is good for snacks

make your own stock with roasted bones, and add meats and paleo veggies of
your choice. freeze this soup in individual portions

Sara, it's phenomenal that you lost 150 pounds. Congratulations! Welcome to
the list
