There are a couple of very dishonest things in the beginning of the book.
He talks of a study where the give rats aflatoxin. The rats with liver
cancer from the aflatoxin are given vegetable protein and animal protein
in the form of casein. The rats given casein died 100% from liver cancer.
He than makes the leap that all animal protein is potentially carcinogenic.

Giving rats purified milk protein and them making the leap to all animal
protein is insane. He is either stupid or on the payroll of PETA.
