From the Yellow Pages I see an ad for The Meat Shop
of Tacoma  253-537-4490.  The ad says they have
organic meats and chemically free sausage.  They do
mail order.  I don't know that this is the place you are
looking for, but it may fill the need.

I think will go check their store out and see what they have.
