I don't have Cordain's book, but that formula for calculating
BMI is incorrect. You need to divide by your height twice.

The BMI formula is:

k = weight in kg
m = height in metres

BMI = k / m / m

Or for those who prefer non-metric:

p = weight in pounds
i = height in inches

BMI = 704 * p / i / i

You would need to be about 160 pounds to have a BMI of 25.
