My wife and I are expecting our first child in about 4 weeks.  I have
struggled with her about food, but overall her diet has improved.  I just
hope if I lead a good example that it will rub off on my family.  I plan to
push restricting sugary stuff, but not much else (for everyone, not just
me).  I don't think it will be worth the arguments with my wife about what
to feed the kid...

BTW - never allow any calorie restriction for people under 20 yrs old...
