Yes virtually all lamb, and 99.5% of Aussie beef- though a very high
proportion of export beef is grain fed. If you're an Aussie and want more
detail contact meat & livestock Australia www.mla.com.au they always welcome
enquiries. They always tell you if the beef is grain fed- it's selling point
and more expensive- cf in the States they tell you if it's grass fed- it's
selling point and more expensive!

Exactly...  and as I understand it, all Australian lamb is grass fed.
