KENNY BROWN:

I train rather intencelly in martial-arts (Shooto). A
few hours a day. I would get injured here and there.
My diet WAS high in carbohydrates and grains. The
problem with injuries was the LONGish recovery (I feel
it should be faster). Anyway, after really ripping the
meniscus in both my knees I decided something was
wrong. Like I said, I've been on the PALEOdiet for
about a month now. I just got arthroscopic surgery on
my right knee one week ago. I'm walking on it and feel
fine. I havn't trainned in over a month, yet this
Paleodiet seems to be maintaining my shape -- I'll put
this whole thing to the test in a few months when I'll
head back to the trainning hall.

QUESTIONS ON SUPPLEMENTS:

I read alot about fats. Good fats, bad fats. What do
the "PALEO GURUs" think of adding oil supplements such
as FLAX SEED OIL, or even UDOs OIL BLEND?

ALSO, if I feel I'm lacking veggies, is having a shake
of a product like GREENS+ a good idea??

Lack of fiber with all the meat -- How about Sillium
supplements??

Answers to these questions would help alot.
Thanks.

-Adam
