i do. as i'm experimenting, i don't have a conclusion on how much Om-3
someone should take, except its probably more rather than less.  we do know
that salmon and also fish roe were prized in traditional cultures. The
Druids were onto something when they called the salmon the wisdom fish.  i
saw a david suziki documentary the other day on salmon ecology in the west
coast of canada. bears ferret out the tiny salmon roe to eat. imagine how
difficult that would be with their claws!
