stomach pain and general feelings of unwellness were exactly the early signs of
my many food allergies.  And paleo dieting has in fact helped -- but I'm also
still allergic to some foods which are paleo, as well.  Of course the symptoms
you describe could be a lot of things -- but I'd check out food allergies.  They
started in my trip to Australia (Melbourne) -- I was on heavy antibiotics at the
time for something else.
