I'm in Sydney too !!!! That's amazing, I've just joined this list and find
someone else in Sydney already.!

I've just moved here from England 3 months ago. I'm following the Pale diet
and have done it for a couple of years.

I do keep having cheats but the intention is there and when I so stick to it
I feel wonderful.

I have MS and candia (don't know if one causes the other or not) but the
treatment is the same - the Paleo Diet and it does work.

I also need to know where the markets are. I know one shop in North Sydney
that sells organic chickens. There's also Paddy's market on a Sunday but I
don't think that's organic.

I find Sydney a healthy place generally.
