pun intended, and the same can apply to breast milk.

It seems probable, but it isnt true.  It was found that mother's diet has no
effect on the iron content of her breastmilk (again from the Breastfeeding
Answer Book).  And again, even if the woman is eating SAD- her baby is very
unlikely to develop anemia if exclusively breastfed to seven months.
