Drinking a litre of water (esp. cold) with meal is not a good idea anyway.I
prefer to drink little and often.
You can easily drink more than 2 l a day this way and it does not disturb
digestion.
Bloating may be due to weak digestion which is disrupted further by a lot of
water.

If I'm thirsty I can drink more than 1 l at once and it doesnot affect my
stomach shape.
