Yes, but I wouldn't accuse Dr. Katz of having any thoughts.  The
statements above are mostly crapola.  First, nobody's body converts
muscle to fat.  It just doesn't happen.  Second, it has been shown in
controlled studies that the fewer carbs you consume, the *less* muscle
you will lose, at a given caloric level.
