Thank you for sharing your experience.  I know that fasting is still
stressful for me, even on a low-carb diet, though I could probably
endure it better than I once did (especially if I avoided juice).

This may be too personal a question, but do you consistently fast during
a particular phase of your cycle?  I ask this because many women find
that their metabolism shifts during their menstrual cycle.
