Krause's Food, nutriton and diet thereapy, a standard nutrition text, has a
great listing (appendix 46)It says that for 100 grams edible food the omega 3
(short chain; 18:3) content is :

flaxseed oil: 53.3 g
Canola oil : 11.1 g
English walnuts: 6.8 g
black walnuts: 3.3 g
soybeans, green, raw: 3.2 g

I know arugula and pusulane are good sources too as are many green leafy
veggies.
