I'm wondering if you would be willing to share with the list (or else e-mail
me privately) your daily meal plan. I am very close to my goal and seem to
be proportionally similar to you (5'3", 115 lbs). I want to lose 7 more
pounds, and find the only way I can break my "plateau" is to cut back protein
dramatically (no more than 4-5 ounces per day) and stave off hunger by
adding non paleo legumes or brown rice into my diet, especially if I cut
back on fruit. Fats don't seem to affect my stalling weight loss as much as
protein intake.....
