I would eat raw pork only if starvation was the only option! I've been
taught that raw pork can give you different kind of unpleasant or/and life
threatening diseases. And I can't see why one should, either.


i ate raw pork or wild boar when i was in France where i had access to free
range animals ( fed on acorns or chesnuts and roots and worms etc....they
are controlled for trichonosis .
In canada i never found pork of that quality so i don't eat them but in fact
it is one of  the most pleasant meat to eat that i know .
i am glad to hear that trichonosis is not a problem in canada but i still
have to find pork raised on varied raw foods
