I would like to respond to Jean-Claude and anyone who
has responded to the infectious diseases and germs.  I
am all for the balancing out of good and bad bacteria.
 Unfortunatley this is not the case in the states with
our intended eradication of all germs mentality.  I
would like to point out that most of us use hygenic
practices and tools daily.  Who here does not use a
toothbrush? (Rhetorical) Sanitary conditions are one
of the reasons why our species now enjoys a longer
lifespan.  (except for those "40 year old bones"
mentioned earlier to which it might not be known if
they really are 40 years old)  I do not think that
using alcohol to clean a wound is a step to far in the
preservation of oneself.

Secondly, I have some thoughts on the vax.  In the
states most cases of polio seen these days can almost
always be attributed to a reaction to the vax.  I
wonder why we no longer recieve the small pox vax when
we continue to recieve the polio one.  I am against
vaccination and hope that when I someday have children
that they are not required to recieve vax in order to
go to school.

In taking this a step further, IMO vax., the
prescription drugs, and many medical practices have
slowed down the rate of human evolution.  If we were
really subjected to "survival of the fittest" most of
us would not be here.  Those with such detrimental
conditions would have died long ago and not been able
to reproduce.  But medicine keeps them alive and able
to reproduce and possibly bring down the gene pool's
strengths.  Our population is too large to support
itself in this manner.

Ok, I'm done, Its just been a thought that I have had
for a long time and hope to get off my chest.  I
haven't explained it fully because of space.
