That has not been my experience.  I have been a dairy eater all my life--growing
up in Wisconsin.  I turned 50 last year and had a bone scan done.  The results
showed significantly higher bone density than a 35 year old woman.  I will
continue to eat dairy as part of my regimen just for my bones.
