I guess I'm going to have to buy his book.....  Are the allowable carbs of
the high fiber type.....   Raspberries have a high fiber content (over other
berries) as do sweet potatoes over white potatoes.....  Didn't someone say
sweet potato is allowed on this diet.????   Curious facts here.....
