I just tried Obe organic beef last night-- it is super dark red in color
and has very little fat.  It tasted excellent and was very tender which is
unusual given that I eat my meat extremely rare.  Just wondering if this
meat is grass or grain fed.  I tried searching on the internet but couldn't
find any info other than that it is organic.  Anyone familiar with this
meat?
