Rick:  I wasted some bucks on the ebook version of this before hard copy
release and was very disappointed.  I think Adrienne's review touches upon
the problems.  One example that I would mention is that Ori substitutes
"anecdotal" support for science when he asserts that this is the type of
diet that warrior classes such as the conquering Romans would have utilized.
So should we base a diet on c-rations???  I liked his writing style and
bravado but save your money if you are looking for scientific credibility.
