Hi Amadeus;

Excellent post and I think that your (or Jen's) question goes to the heart
of current discussions on paleolithic nutrition. I agree that muscle tissue
consumption of farmed animals misses the paleo target and I feel that this
necessitates investigating other sources such as sardines/fish oils to gain
the right EFA balance.
