So my dentist says I need to get a root canal done. 
When I was 14 I broke my front tooth and half was
missing.  At the time a cap was put on the top half
and has been there since.  

The dentist says that the nerve and tooth are dead and
starting to get infected.  Also he says I need to have
all four of my wisdom teeth pulled.  I also have 4
cavities.

Any advice on this?  Should I be concerned?  Anything
special I should ask for?
