Ah, but if you've read the Rosedale you should see how this is not true.  It
keeps you satiated without putting you at risk of eating too much protein,
which can be converted to glucose and you know what happens then.  FYI, many
hunter-gatherer tribes left today eat PLENTY of fat and their fit as
tight-strung fiddles.

Yes, and it leaves me very jittery.  Not gonna do that again!  Doing this
keeps me losing at about the same rate but without the jitters or hunger.

Ennyhoo, gotta go.  I'm going through my email and saving important
information.  It's an arduous task but well worth it.
