Not everyone has healthy water available to them. Some wellwater is very
high in arsenic. Some is high in iron. Some in sulphur. Some in
agricultural run-off.

I doubt if iron consumption is very healthy especially for males or
non-menstruating females.

Well water is not per se "paleo".
