Hi Lillian - Btw, this is my first post.

That being said, I'll tell you why someone may feel best with meat.
Nearly 50% of the population produces lots of stomach acid - that is
what needed to break down animal protein. So blood type O followers will
do very well with this diet. Others will struggle with the exception of
the ones that will respond to my post saying that I am simply wrong.

I wonder if that is because red meats are a great source of iron.  WHich
means more red blood cells....more oxygen....more alive.  No anemia.
