Cutting fruit and veggies seems ridiculous to me.  They contain all the
good nutrients your body needs to be healthy.   Check out the glycemic
index for foods.  If you're trying to lose weight, it is better to eat
berries than bananas and organges, for example.  But why restrict
yourself?  Eat a balanced diet and exercise.  Make sure you burn more
calories than you eat and you will lose weight.

I eat Lettuce every day.  I also eat broccoli every day.  I also eat a
banana, citrus fruit and apples every day.  Plus I eat a lot of berries.
