Well, exactly.  Small pox probably has been
eradicated. My sister was born in '69 and did recieve
the vax.  But my other sister and I, who are younger,
did not.  What I was saying is that out-breaks of
polio are practically non existent except for those
that can be attributed to a bad reaction to the vax.
