There is a lot of dispute about the levels you cite.
<www.fluoridealert.org> and <www.nofluoride.com>
are good places to start. The leading expert on
fluoride in Canada Dr. Hardy Limeback, PhD,
dentistry professor at the University of Toronto
is now speaking out against fluoridation.  The article at

chronicles the shift that has started in Canada on the
issue of fluoridation.
