Todd has presented scads of his own ideas! Why should he get in a pissing
match with you? Really, why? If you can't respond reasonably, he shouldn't
even give you his time. He has been one of the most knowledgeable and
patient posters this list has ever had. He bailed once, precisely because of
the type of garbage you have been dishing out--I sure hope he simply gets
more selective and doesn't repeat.

FWIW, I, too, am concerned about Cordain's "message"--it doesn't seem to
make the best sense in some ways, especially that he says to trim the fat
from grassfed beef. Nevertheless, Cordain has made a huge contribution to
paleonutrition and you appear to do him a disservice when you trash his
ideas, especially when you haven't even read the book!

So you like fat? So do I. But that doesn't mean it ends there...

Cheers,
Kirt
