Just received my autographed copy of "Starch Madness: Paleolithic
Nutrition for Today"(Blue Dolphin Publishing, 1999) from the author,
Richard L. Heinrich.  It is very informative and has a nice foreward by
Barry Sears (author of "The Zone"). It is considerably different from
NeanderThin but shares the same basic philosophy. See Amazon.com for more
info.

I hope the readers of this list will show him the same support they have
shown me.
