Thanks for sharing, Don. Sounds really yummy.

 I've made a related treat, using coconut oil, carob powder, and
pecan meal.  Mix all well together. Eat with a spoon or chill and cut 
into pieces.  A little closer
to Paleo though carob is a legume.  No sweetener required, at least to 
my taste.

Pecan meal is ground-up pecans with much of the fat taken out.  It is 
wonderful
in baked goods or pancakes, as well as paleo candies.  Almond meal, similar,
is also available.
