When I start to eat nuts I just eat them until I eat all of them and then
next day I get sick (gut irritation).
It has nothing to do with fat intake there must be something else.
I don't think I'm allergic to nuts (another option.

The way to control it is to buy nuts in shells it takes more time to eat
them and they are fresher.
