Sure, here 'tis:

Meal 1
4-5 slices of bacon (uncured) or 2 slices in 2 scrambled eggs
Green Tea (w/stevia) also 1 or 2 times throughout the day

Meal 2
Salad of greens, w/chicken or beef and dressing of homemade mayo, olive oil,
cilantro, s/p, garlic, anaheim chiles (sometimes), and pepitas.

Meal 3
Pecans (1/4 cup)
1/4-1/3 Asian Pear
Jerky (beef or chicken 1-3 oz)

Meal 4
Thai Lamb (Ground Lamb, Coconut Milk, Red Curry Paste, S/P) 1 to 1-1/2 cup
serving

Evening
Camomile Tea maybe some nuts or jerky

1-2 Gallons water throughout the day
Just began adding pemmican and discovered it satisfys me much longer so I eat
fewer than 4x a day when eating pemmican.
Other dishes I eat in place of lamb are shrimp, chicken curry, chicken chile
verde, beef chile, chicken salad, and tuna salad. Also sometimes almond
muffins with breakfast.

That's what comes to mind right now. Feedback?
