I'm into the lazy mans way to weight training as I really don't enjoy it at
all. I have dumbells in my bedroom and spend about 90 seconds per day
lifting. I do one exercise per day at very high intensity with almost no
rest between sets. By the time I get to the last rep of the last set I've
reached total exhaustion(for that paricular exercise). I alternate between
pulling and pushing exercises and lift 5 days per week. I take weekends
off. I'm very pleased with my results on this program and am a firm
believer in the less is more mindset when it comes to weight training.

Mark
