Manuel Bello in Mayami - if trying to get in shape, small meals every 3
hours or so is the key instead of looking for some snacks. M2c.
Also, if swimming in a pool, keep your electrolyte (green veggies are
your best bet) level as high as possible since chlorine destroys it at
an alarming rate.
