According to that, if I say only:

" I am cured "

then "cured" could mean "very ill and about to die", since that could be "what
I want it to mean" and it is entirely sensible in the context, which in this
case consists entirely of two words and one punctuation mark.

PS   I think it is time to throw out your language, semantics and philosophy
texts and get new ones.
