Yes, but "crutch" wouldn't be half as entertaining!  Besides, I
think Jean-Claude does a wonderful job of writing in a language
that is foreign to him.  Even if it's not grammatically correct
all the time, it communicates clearly, which is more than I could
do if I were trying to write in French!
