Ron,

Thanks for your unusually honest comments on Cordain's warning about
dropping fruit and vegetables, which he says are the only source for the
alkaline/acid balance with meat etc. that we need to prevent a host of
problems.

I don't remember ever seeing Cordain recommend eating “2-3 servings a day of
grain-derived foods, despite knowing that many people are not genetically
equipped to eat as much as a single serving per day,” as you mentioned.
Cordian says don't eat any grain. Did you have a source for that?
