When I tried very low carb low-protein diet I hit the wall even during Tai
Chi classes :)

High protein intake also helps to resore glycogen stores.

I have the feeling that very high fat intake prevents from refilling
glycogen stores.I don't know why maybe by supressing insuline too much but
if anybody knows if it's true please let me know.
